She has led transformative programs with the Cherie Blair Foundation, Standard Chartered Foundation, Youth Business International, and ECOWAS, advancing inclusive economic growth for entrepreneurs and underserved communities. Currently Senior Programs Manager and Head of Growth & Alumni Services at FATE Foundation, she drives gender-focused initiatives supporting youth and women-led enterprises. Formerly Head of Membership Relations at LCCI, she also held roles at WAVE and PSIN, contributing to workforce development. A published researcher, Oluwaseun holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration from Nelson Mandela University.
