Meet the Course Facilitator

Human Resource Management professional Tunde Wale-Temowo

Tunde is a certified HR professional (SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, ACIPM) with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester. He has led HR strategy and advisory projects for top public and private organizations, including NMRC, NSIA, SEC, and KPMG Nigeria. With international and local training experience, he excels in organizational development, change management, recruitment, and policy implementation. Tunde was instrumental in establishing HR functions at NSIA and NMRC and led workforce realignment at the SEC. His career also includes experience in business development at a leading Nigerian bank. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
